Refund policy

Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artworks, all sales are final and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are only offered in cases of:

• Damage during transit (with photo evidence within 48 hours)
• Incorrect item received

Commission pieces

• Commission deposits are non‑refundable.
• Refunds are not available once the final artwork has been approved.
• If the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
