Gums Along Tanti Creek, Mornington

As an artist, I am continually drawn to places where nature and history intertwine.  This painting is Inspired by many walks along the banks of Tanti Creek, through the grandeur of these ancient majestic gum trees. A living reminder of the stories, cultures, and ecosystems that have flourished here for millennia.

Through expressive brushwork and a celebration of light, colour, and texture, this work seeks to honour both the landscape and the enduring spirit of the land of the Boon Wurrung people.
